
























Hello! I’m Holly Hintz, a dedicated pastry chef with over 20 years of extensive experience working in a variety of settings, including restaurants, hotels, and bakeries. A few years ago, I took the exciting step of starting my very own home bakery, Prairie Rose Desserts. Originally hailing from Des Moines, Iowa, I have also had the opportunity to work in Massachusetts, Tennessee, and the beautiful country of France, further enhancing my skills. Currently, I operate from my licensed basement kitchen in Clive, Iowa, where I create a delightful assortment of treats, including macarons, cookies, bars, pastries, and much more! When I’m not busy baking, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our beloved dogs, exploring the outdoors on walks, curling up with a good book, and cooking delicious meals for my family and friends. I happily accept custom orders (just fill out the form below!), and I make weekly deliveries to two local businesses in Waukee: Old Station Craft Meats and Fresh Mediterranean Express.
